The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports
 of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan and the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 5/2005 on 3 February 2005, announcing the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan and the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2929 1010.

  1. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 December 2003 - 30 November 2004, and the scope of investigation is the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to the manufacturers or exporters of toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) in Japan and the Republic of Korea. Interested parties may approach the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the defence of the mid-term review investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 3 February 2005), and submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during the period 1 December 2003 - 30 November 2004. Interested parties may also submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days from the date of the announcement.
