The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection

The State Council issued State Council Decree No. 447 on 31 August 2005, promulgating the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection of the People's Republic of China", which will take effect from 1 December 2005. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
