The Mainland of China : Measures Concerning the Announcement of Trading Entities Infringing Laws and Regulations 

The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Measures Concerning the Announcement of Trading Entities Infringing Laws and Regulations" on 23 August 2005, which took effect from 1 September 2005. The Measures govern the making of public announcement of trading entities infringing laws and regulations. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
