The
Mainland of China : Implementation Details of the Regulations on the
Administration of Commercial Performance
The Ministry of
Culture promulgated the "Implementation Details of the Regulations
on the Administration of Commercial Performance" on 30 August 2005,
which took effect from 1 September 2005. The Implementation Details
govern the establishment of operating units of commercial performance
and the administration of commercial performance. A copy of the Implementation
Details is attached at Annex (pdf
format) for reference.
