The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Collection of Value-added
Tax of Electrical Products
The State Administration of Taxation promulgated the "Administrative Measures on the Collection of Value-added Tax of Electrical Products" on 22 December 2004, which will come into force on 1 February 2005. The Measures set out the procedures of filing returns for value-added tax of electrical products and the collection method. A copy of the Measures is attached at
Annex (pdf format) for reference.
