Commercial Information Circular No. 218/2005
The Mainland of China : Measures on the Re-inspection of Import and Export Commodities
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the Measures on the Re-inspection of Import and Export Commodities on 1 June 2005, which will take effect from 1 October 2005. According to the Measures, traders can apply for a re-inspection if they disagree with the inspection result on the import and export commodities within 15 days after receipt of the inspection report. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
