The
Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Commodity
Import and Export Licences
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Measures on the Administration
of Commodity Import Licences" and the "Measures on the Administration
of Commodity Export Licences" on 10 December 2004. The two Measures,
which came into force on 1 January 2005, govern the conditions of issuing
import/export licences and their validity period, etc. The two Measures
are attached at Annex 1
and Annex 2 for reference.
