The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Products Subject to
Automatic Import Licensing
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of Products Subject to Automatic Import Licensing" on 10 November 2004, which came into force on 1 January 2005. The Measures set out the procedures for applying automatic import licences, and appended with the catalogue of products subject to automatic import licensing. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix for reference.
