The Mainland of China : Procedures for Application of Import Licenses

In order to facilitate the collection of import licenses, the Quota and License Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 15 April 2005, which stipulates the procedures for application of import licenses. The notice, which will take effect from 1 May 2005, is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
