The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Transfer of Goods under Processing Trade Arrangements from Export Processing Zones

The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Transfer of Goods under Processing Trade Arrangements from Export Processing Zones on 21 March 2005, which will take effect from 1 May 2005. The Measures set out the procedures of transferring goods under processing trade arrangements from export processing zones to other regions for further processing. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix for reference.
