The Mainland of China :Regulations on Anti-Dumping
The State Council of the People's Republic of China passed the amendments to the "Regulations on Anti-Dumping" on 31 March 2004, which will come into force on 1 June 2004. The relevant decision and the revised Regulations are attached at Annex 1 and Annex 2 (pdf format) for reference.
