The Mainland of China : Notice on Upward Adjustment of the Tax Rebate Rate
for Certain Information Technology (IT) Products
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly promulgated the "Notice on Upward Adjustment of the Tax Rebate Rate for Certain Information Technology (IT) Products" on 10 December 2004, which took effect from 1 November 2004. A copy of the Notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
