The Mainland of China :Regulations on Employment Injury Insurance of the Guangdong Province

The Standing Committee of the Tenth Provincial People's Congress of the Guangdong Province passed the decision to amend the "Regulations on Employment Injury Insurance of the Guangdong Province" on 14 January 2004. The Regulations, which came into force on 1 February 2004, set out the definition of injury at work, the way to assess the level of injury and the details of the compensation methods. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex for reference.
