Commercial Information Circular No. 351/2004

The Mainland of China : Implementation Details on the Administration of
 Automatic Import Licence for Vehicular Products

The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Implementation Details on the Administration of Automatic Import Licence for Vehicular Products" on 17 December 2004, which will come into force on 1 January 2005. The Implementation Details set out the scope of vehicular products under administration and the application procedures of importing those products. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Annex for reference.
