Commercial Information Circular No. 341/2004

The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Licences for Advertising Businesses

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of Licenses for Advertising Businesses" on 30 November 2004, which will come into force on 1 January 2005. The Measures set out the requirements and procedures in applying for the licenses for advertising businesses. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
