The
Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Advertisement
on Printed Publication
The State Administration
for Industry and Commerce promulgated the "Measures on the Administration
of Advertisement on Printed Publication" on 30 November 2004, which
will come into force on 1 January 2005. The Measures stipulate the definition
of advertisement on printed publication, and the requirements of setting
up a business engaging in advertising on printed publication. A copy
of the Measures is attached at Annex
(pdf format) for reference.
