The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Inspectors for the Compulsory Product Certification System
The Certification and Accreditation Administration promulgated the "Measures on the Administration for the Inspectors on Compulsory Product Certification System" on 3 December 2004, which will come into force on 1 March 2005. The inspectors for the compulsory product certification system are subject to a qualification registration system. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
