The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice on Strengthening the Administration of Collecting Value-added Tax from Newly Established Commercial Enterprises
The State Administration of Taxation promulgated a supplementary notice on strengthening the administration of collecting value-added tax from newly established commercial enterprises on 1 December 2004, which stipulates the conditions of becoming a general taxpayer and the administration of value-added tax applicable to newly established commercial enterprises. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix for reference.
