The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Styrene Butadiene Rubber from Russia, the Republic of Korea and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 86/2004 on 13 December 2004, announcing the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of styrene butadiene rubber from Russia, the Republic of Korea and Japan. The relevant tariff codes of the General Administration of Customs are 4002 1911, 4002 1912 and 4002 1919.
- The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 October 2003 - 30 September 2004, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export price and dumping margin of the investigated products manufactured by HYUNDAI PETROCHEMICAL CO. LTD. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 13 December 2004).
