Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Export

The Municipal Government
of Shanghai promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of
Export Processing Zone in Shanghai" on 24 September 2004, which
came into force on 1 November 2004. A copy of the Measures is attached
at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
