Mainland of China : Notice
Concerning Domestic Sale of Processing Trade Products Subject to Licensing
Management
The Ministry of
Commerce, the State Development and Reform Commission, and the State
Administration of Customs jointly promulgated the "Notice Concerning
Domestic Sale of Processing Trade Products Subject to Licensing Management",
which came into force on 5 July 2004. The Notice governs the domestic
sale of processing trade products subject to licensing management, steel
products subject to safeguard measures and certain sensitive products
in the Mainland of China. A copy of the Notice is attached at Annex
for reference.
