The Mainland of China : Implementation Measures on International Bidding
of Electrical and Mechanical Products
The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) promulgated the "Implementation Measures on International Bidding of Electrical and Mechanical Products" on 1 November 2004, which will come into force 30 days after the date of promulgation. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix for reference.
