Commercial Information Circular No. 291/2004

The Mainland of China : Measures on Monitoring of Labour Protection

The State Council of the People's Republic of China passed the "Measures on Monitoring of Labour Protection" on 26 October 2004, which will come into force on 1 December 2004. The Measures set out the responsibilities of the labour protection monitoring units and the implementation mechanism. A copy of the measures is attached at Annex for reference.
