The Mainland of China : Interim Administrative Measures on Approval
of Foreign Investment Projects
The State Development and Reform Commission promulgated the "Interim Administrative Measures on Approval of Foreign Investment Projects" on 9 October 2004, which has taken effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
