The
Mainland of China : Regulations on Implementation of Administrative
Actions
by the Customs Authorities
The State Council of the People's Republic of China promulgated the
"Regulations on Implementation of Administrative Actions by the
Customs Authorities" on 19 September 2004. The Regulations, which
will come into force on 1 November 2004, is attached at Annex for reference.
