Commercial Information Circular No. 244/2004

The Mainland of China : Administration of Replication of Optical Discs

The General Administration of Press and Publication, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs jointly promulgated a notice concerning the administration of the replication of optical discs. The notice governs the set up of business units replicating optical discs and sets out the approval procedures for production facilities. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix for reference.
