The Mainland of China : Provisions Concerning the Enlargement of Scope
of Value-added Tax Offset and Deduction in North-eastern Regions of China
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation promulgated the "Provisions Concerning the Enlargement of Scope of Value-added Tax Offset and Deduction in North-eastern Regions of China" on 14 September 2004, which took effect from 1 July 2004. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix for reference.
