Commercial Information Circular No. 230/2004

The Mainland of China : Lists of Prohibited Exports

The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the State Forestry Administration jointly announced the second list of prohibited exports vide Notice No. 40/2004 on 26 August 2004. The list, which will be effective from 1 October 2004, is attached at Annex for reference. The current notice supersedes CIC No. 187/2003 enclosing Notice No. 27/2003 promulgated by the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the State Forestry Administration.
