Commercial Information Circular No. 228/2004

The Mainland of China : Notices Concerning the Customs Registration of Foreign Trading Entities and International Cargo Transport Agents

The General Administration of Customs promulgated two notices concerning the customs registration arrangements for foreign trading entities, and international cargo transport agents which provide customs declaration services for import and export goods in July 2004. The notices took effect from the date of promulgation. They are attached at Annex 1 and Annex 2 for reference.
