Mainland of China : Measures
on the Administration of Road Transport Enterprises, their Vehicles
and Drivers Travelling between
Hong Kong/Macao and the Mainland
The General Administration
of Customs promulgated the "Measures on the Administration of Road
Transport Enterprises, their Vehicles and Drivers Travelling between
Hong Kong/Macao and the Mainland" on 27 August 2004. The Measures
will take effect from 1 October 2004. A copy of which is attached at
Appendix
for reference.
