The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Printing of Trademark

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce decided to amend the "Administrative Measures on Printing of Trademark" on 19 August 2004, which had come into force on 1 September 2004. A copy of the amended Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
