The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Tax Registration
The State Administration of Taxation promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Tax Registration " on 17 December 2003, which will take effect from 1 February 2004. The Administrative Measures set out the procedures of tax registration, as well as subsequent change and cancellation for enterprises and business units. A copy of the Administrative Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
