The Mainland of China : Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment in the Central
and Western Regions (2004 Revised)
The State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the "Industrial Catalogue for Foreign Investment in the Central and Western Regions (2004 Revised)" on 23 July 2004, which will be effective from 1 September 2004. A copy of the Catalogue is attached at Annex for reference
