The Mainland of China : Notice on Import Record of Pharmaceuticals and the Return of which to the Originating Countries/Regions
According to the "Administrative Measures on Pharmaceutical Imports", the State Food and Drug Administration and the General Administration of Customs jointly promulgated the "Notice on Import Record of Pharmaceuticals and the Return of which to the Originating Countries/Regions" on 25 June 2004, which will take effect from 1 October 2004. The Notice sets out the interim measures on the import record system and the port inspection procedures regarding import of biological products and pharmaceuticals being first sold in the Mainland of China, as well as the handling procedures for the return of pharmaceuticals to the originating countries/regions. A copy of the Notice is attached at Annex for reference.
