  1. According to the "Regulations on Anti-dumping", the duration of levying anti-dumping duty can be suitably extended if a review confirms that the removal of duty would likely cause the continuance or recurrence of the injury to the domestic industries. As such, from the date of announcement (i.e.29 June 2004), domestic enterprises or their representatives may submit applications to the Ministry of Commerce for a review 60 days before the expiry of the anti-dumping measures. The applications should include evidences that injury would be likely to continue or recur if the duty were removed. The contact details of the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports are as follows:
Address : No. 2 Dong Chang'an Avenue, Beijing (Postal code: 100731)

Fax : 86-10-6519 8915, 6519 8172
  1. If no application for review is submitted nor the Ministry of Commerce considers warrant to initiate a review before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures, the anti-dumping measures against imports of strip of polyethylene terephthalate from the Republic of Korea will be terminated on 29 December 2004.
