Administrative Provisions on the Registration of Business Activities Engaged by Enterprises

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on the Registration of Business Activities Engaged by Enterprises" on 14 June 2004, which will come into force on 1 July 2004. The Provisions set out the application procedures for registration of business activities to be engaged by local registered enterprises. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex for reference.
