The Mainland of China :Administrative Measures for Commercial Enterprises with Foreign Investment
The Ministry of Commerce has just announced the "Administrative Measures for Commercial Enterprises with Foreign Investment", which will come into force from 1 June 2004. The "Experimental Measures for Commercial Enterprises with Foreign Investment" jointly promulgated by the then State Econo mic and Trade Commission and the then Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 1999 will be abolished at the same time. Full text of the "Administrative Measures" is attached at Annex for reference.
