The Mainland of China :Administrative Rules on the Set-up of Foreign Invested Export Purchasing Centres

The Ministry of Commerce, the Customs General Administration, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have jointly promulgated the "Administrative Rules on the Set-up of Foreign Invested Export Purchasing Centres". According to the Administrative Rules, foreign investors are allowed to set up wholly-owned or joint-venture export purchasing centres in the Mainland. The Administrative Rules are attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
