The Mainland of China :Regulations on Electronic Transactions of the Guangdong Province

The Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress of the Guangdong Province adopted the Regulations on Electronic Transactions of the Guangdong Province on 6 December 2002. The Regulations, which came into force on 1 February 2003, apply to all electronic transactions conducted in the administrative regions of the Guangdong Province. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format)  for reference.
