The Mainland of China :Measures on Export Control of Certain Chemicals and Related Equipment and Technology

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the General Administration of Customs jointly promulgated the "Measures on Export Control of Certain Chemicals and Related Equipment and Technology", which came into force on 19 November 2002. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex for reference.
