The Mainland of China :Provisions on Administration of Bonded Warehouse and Storage of Products in Bonded Warehouse
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Provisions on Administration of Bonded Warehouse and Storage of Products in Bonded Warehouse" on 5 December 2003. The Provisions set out the requirements for the setting up of bonded warehouse, administration of bonded warehouse, and storage of products therein. The Provisions will take effect from 1 February 2004, and is attached at
Annex (pdf format) for reference.
