Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 287/2003
The Mainland of China :Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United States
The Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 61/2003 on 22 November 2003, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI 80/20) from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United States. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2929 1010.
ANTI-DUMPING MEASURE
-
The final ruling confirmed that there had been dumping of the investigated products and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry in the Mainland. As a result, the Mainland decided to impose anti-dumping duties, range from 3% to 49% on imports of toluene diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United States. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 22 November 2003.
