The Mainland of China :Interim Measures on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas (TRQ) of Agricultural Products

The Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly promulgated the "Interim Measures on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas (TRQ) of Agricultural Products", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the Interim Measure is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.

  1. The Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission conducted a consultation on the "Interim Measures" earlier. Please refer to our CIC No. 204/2003 for details.
