Commercial Information Circular No. 238/2003

The Mainland of China :Notice on Full Implementation of the Computer Network System for Processing Trade

The Ministry of Commerce decided to run on trial the computer network system for processing trade from 10 September 2003. Administrative departments of processing trade at all levels as well as all processing trade enterprises should use the computer network system to submit and approve applications for new processing trade contracts. The system will come into full operation on 1 October 2003. For details, please refer to the Notice at Annex (pdf format).
