The Mainland of China :Provisions on Administrative Review in the Guangdong Province

The Standing Committee of the Tenth Provincial People's Congress of the Guangdong Province passed the "Provisions on Administrative Review" on 25 July 2003. The Provisions, which will take effect from 1 October 2003, set out the responsibilities of the relevant authorities, as well as the requirements and procedures for handling administrative reviews. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex(pdf format) for reference.
