The Mainland of China :Provisions on Administration of Printed Publications
The State Press and Publications Administration and the Ministry of Public Security jointly promulgated the "Provisions on Administration of Printed Publications", which came into force on 1 September 2003. The Provisions cover procedures for the verification of printing licences, registration of printed publications, the storage and delivery of publications, and disposal of inferior publications, etc. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
