The Mainland of China :Administrative Rules on Foreign-invested Construction Enterprises
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) and the Ministry of Construction jointly promulgated the "Administrative Rules on Foreign-invested Construction Enterprises". The Rules, which came into force on 1 December 2002, set out the application and approval procedures for setting up foreign-invested construction enterprises. The Rules apply to all foreign investors, including those from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is attached at Annex for reference.
