The Mainland of China:Rules on Hearing Sessions of Investigation of Injury to Domestic Industry
The State Economic and Trade Commission promulgated the "Rules on Hearing Sessions of Investigation of Injury to Domestic Industry" on 13 December 2002, which will come into force on 15 January 2003. The Rules set out the procedures and details of hearing sessions under anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard investigations. It is attached at Annex for reference.
