Commercial Information Circular No. 119/2003

The Mainland of China :Notice on Import of Oxidized Aluminium by Foreign-invested Enterprises

The then Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the General Administration of Customs jointly promulgated the "Notice on Import of Oxidized Aluminium by Foreign-invested Enterprises". The Notice authorizes foreign investment administrative departments in all provincial foreign trade and economic offices to issue automatic import permits on oxidized aluminium to foreign-invested enterprises in non-aluminium industry.
