The Mainland of China :Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China
The 30th session of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress adopted the amendments to the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, which came into force on 1 January 2003. The relevant decision and the revised Insurance Law are attached at Annex 1 (pdf fomrat) and Annex 2 (pdf format) for reference.
